BALL Watch brings instant low-light visibility to a new level with the introduction of the new Engineer Hydrocarbon AeroGMT II, with its ground-breaking micro gas light rotating bezel. This revolutionary timepiece is specially crafted for commercial pilots and is the only watch that can be read clearly in the cockpits of commercial aircraft.Engineer Hydrocarbon AeroGMT II is equipped with a top sapphire bidirectional rotating bezel which carries a 24-hour graduation, and marks out a third time-zone in addition to its standard and GMT time zones. The pilot wearer can therefore use the GMT hand to track home city time, the 24-hour bezel to track destination city time, and the standard hour and minute hands to track local time of the aircraft. The Engineer Hydrocarbon AeroGMT II also carries on with BALL Watch's signature toughness and can absorb impact of up to 7,500Gs, and carries an anti-magnetic resistance of 4,800 A/m. The 42mm machined stainless steel case is equipped with the BALL patented crown-protection system to ensure a sealed-system.The aviator-inspired face has hour indexes and main hands carrying yellow H3 gas tubes, with the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock markings receiving double gas tubes, with a pair of ultra-distinctive orange gas tubes holding court at the 12 o'clock index. The second time-zone GMT hand tops this all off with green gas tubes, in tribute to BALL's corporate colours. At the heart of the watch beats a Swiss-made BALL RR1201-C automatic mechanical movement which certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC). This model either comes complete with a metal bracelet fitted with the BALL exclusive patented triple folding buckle or is alternatively fitted to personal taste with a rubber strap and standard buckle. Both configurations allow the watch to be fitted over one's aviation apparel, and complement the out-sized bezel in giving the pilot excellent usability in form and in function.Today, more than ever, BALL Watch continues to redefine timekeeping in the tradition of the great explorers and men & women of history.
